- Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose a letter wtih the return authorization code and reason for return.
- Return the item to us by your preferred carrier. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are returning an item, you should receive credit on your account within one week from the date we receive your return.
